| So far the product functions fantastic. But was incredibly hard to get on line...came missing parts and one tire was flat. Sat for 3 weeks waiting for factory to come up with right pieces. Very disapponted in their overall handling of the service. Has a couple of design flaws but on a scale of 1 to 10 ... #9 for the product itself. #3 for the service. also Very expensive initially considering it came without parts and flat tire. And not all that simple to assemble. Huge question: Would I buy again...Yes...Even with it's flaws it does a fantastic job in moving items around the property. |

These railings are well made and attach easily to the cart (which I dearly like). They stay securely in place and can be easily removed when not needed. I do feel their usefulness is limited to specific situations but, which requires more attaching and detaching and storing and retrieving than I'd normally prefer. For transporting something bulky, but not super heavy, such as bales of hay or shavings for the barn, they are fantastic and allow you to carry more in one load. I really value that. But, for something like mulch, although they do allow you to load more into the cart, your access to the load is limited to only the open front part--in other words, you can't really fork the mulch out from the sides, which might normally be more efficient depending on where the cart is positioned in your work area. You can still tip the cart up onto its nose to partially dump the load, but can't tip it further because of the rails. All in all, I've reverted to taking a smaller load and not using the rails for this purpose.
Bottom line, the rails can add to the cart's usefulness for certain types of loads, but chances are you won't want them on all the time and need to find a excellent place for simple-access storage until you need them. The cart is worth its weight in gold, but the rails are situation specific so consider your needs before purchasing.

I ordered these thinking it was the cart, cancelled and got a refund. I then bought the cart and my daughter bought the rails.
Not much to say about the rails. Rails are rails.
The company does have very excellent customer service
